As a design collective we developed, Wenn Objeckte Erinnern. As lead design strategist, I collaborated closely with Petra Giezendanner, Strohmuseum's director, coordinating correspondence, design research documentation and final presentations.
An intermediate state of the project is to be presented in an exhibition (approx. autumn 2022 / spring 2023).
Context:
In the last quarter of the 20th century, the Freiämter hat-weave industry declined. Time witnesses who worked in the industry or contributed to it in any other way are still alive. With their memories they have a knowledge of the industry that must be preserved. The Strohmuseum im Park is planning an elaborate oral history project that will last several years.
